Last night's Moped Monday was fun as always, though only 6 of us ended up going on the ride afterwards. That was actually pretty cool, smallest ride I've done yet and it was hilarious zipping past one another through the streets of Seattle. Good times.

And tonight I bottled 44 bottles of my latest beer, a dunkelweizen. It should be done carbonating within a week, which is good considering I plan on drinking a fair amount of it this coming weekend.

Pretty much it's just a dark weizenbeer. It's not astonishingly dark like a stout, more of a deep amber colour. Similar to a hefeweizen, but more malty and with chocolate flavours that temper the traditional banana and cloves flavour.
