Last night I racked my latest beer to the secondary, and started the dry hopping. Oh man, this is one hoppy beer. Apparently last night it got a bit excited and erupted through the fermentation lock, spilling beer all over the floor in our closet (which is fortunately linoleum and easy to clean up). So yeah, yay beer.
