So yeah, yesterday my computer at work (an SGI O2 workstation) starting doing Very Bad Things. Kernel faults all over the place. As it turns out, the hard drive is dying, which sucks very very much. I called SGI and they're sending me a new one, but I wont get it until Monday at earliest. Man, if it was just a software problem I could solve... but no, fucking hard drive has to die.
Grr.
Of course, this means that a large amount of e-mail is languishing unanswered there. I've set up something temporary that works all right, but yeah, yuck.
Actually I'll probably end up redoing my e-mail setup with the new things I did today, it's a more elegant approach, though there may be problems when that system is down... I guess mail will bounce when that happens, hmm, must test...
Later of course, because I'm studying for my exam now =P
