Obviously, the thing to do is to keep drinking coffee, to keep you awake while you finish the project, and then switch to beer a little bit before the demo, so you're to nervous when doing the demo. The combination of beer, caffeine, and sleep dep should make for an interview which will, if nothing else, provide everyone involved with stories to tell for a long time thereafter. :-)
