We placed a deposit today, and gave them cash to check our credit. Everything should be fine with the credit check, but I'm a bit nervous since it's still an unknown.
We wont be able to move in until the first of March, so we'll probably end up paying rent on both places that month, and I'll do the bulk of the moving over finals week and spring break.
