So, every now and then we get some, how shall I say this... "enthusiastic" Jesus folk on campus. Sometimes they carry large signs about how we're all going to hell, sometimes they stand on a box and "preach" or just yell at passing students, sometimes they try to lead impromptu public debates. Now, I really don't have a problem with people sharing their religious views in a non-disruptive fashion. I don't mind people handing out copies of their tract of choice, or fliers with pointers to more information. That stuff is great. I don't like how much paper they're wasting, but hey, I can easily refuse. The people who shout, blather, or block walkways really drive me nuts. Add that to my lack of admiration of their general message, and yeah...

Anyway, apparently there were two people with big fire and brimstone-type Jesus signs tromping about Red Square yesterday, doing their usual "repent ye sinners" stuff. In response, two people tromped about carrying signs proclaiming the power of the Flying Spaghetti Monster. I wish I could have been a part of that; it sounds hilarious.

And yeah, if anyone has pictures, please send me a link. :D
