I'm back in Cleveland again. It's been snowing pretty much since I arrived on Wednesday night, except for this very moment... It's damn cold here, and is only going to get worse. So far there's only about an inch on the ground. It was sort of neat to be making the first footprints in the snow on the sidewalks this morning.
It's still too damn cold.
Being in Oregon again was pretty cool, I really miss the weather there, nice gray cloudy days, mmm... All in all things went pretty well. I wish I was able to spend more time there, my five days were really rushed, and I didn't get to see half of the people I was intending to. Sorry Betsy : (
I brought my viola back with me from Oregon, and all of my music that I could find. I'm excited about playing it again, though I need a stand and a metronome (both of which I had in Oregon, but couldn't find). I also should get new strings for it, and perhaps my bow needs to be rehaired... we'll see. Bounce, bounce, bounce.
I got various neat presents for xmas this year, many of which will be very useful. I got a wok! Yay! Maybe later sometime I'll attempt a full listing.
Side note: even if a lot of Belle and Sebastian's music can become a bit tiring after frequest listening, this song is always a joy to hear.
