So I got so caught up in making curry last night, that I forgot I had an SCA meeting to attend until 8:30. Even though I had talked about going the night before. *sigh* I feel like such a flake. On the other hand, the curry I made was really good, and I'm looking forward to having some of it tonight.
Not only that, but my leg armour is in horrible repair. Half of the straps are either totally gone or hanging on my a tiny thread, it sucks. I have a lot of crap to do this weekend, but dammit, I need to fix this. I need to get my freaking coat of plates done too. Grumble, grumble, grumble. Stupid armour problems should not be preventing me from fighting.
The weather here has warmed significantly, and most of the snow and ice has melted.
Scraping two inches of ice off of a windshield with a credit card just sucks.
