You know bro, we've had enough bad news recently. Between the two of us I think I've had enough of loosing people important to us in our lives recently.
I never met or knew Oakeshott, but I have read a number of his books. He was a historian who did some very interesting work on medieval weapons, and really helped get existing pieces displayed in museums.
