Qwest. Total cost (with phone line, unlisted number, local service) is $65 a month. The upgrade was $10 and no increase in monthly fee, but they're offering it for free now.

1.5 Mbps down, 1Mbps up.

Too bad comcast in our area is totally saturated and crappy in our neighborhood due to all the fraternities.

And we don't have a TV so we'd never use that half of the service.
