I got the drive in the mail on Friday, but guess what, that wasn't the problem. Feh. So the SGI people said that I actually have a three year on-site warranty, and that someone'll be out to see me on Monday. Wonder why we didn't just do that in the first place...
The exam went reasonably well, I wrote quite a bit. I wish I had had a little more time, my essays could have been a bit more organized. Oh well.
QUASI is playing in Cleveland tonight, in just a few short hours. I'm going to head up to the bar where they're going to be at in a little bit. I'll probably bring my camera.
Cindy and I went to Borders today to buy prizes for the tournament we're having next weekend, picked up some nice stuff... I also bought The Vor Game by Lois McMaster Bujold, Chapterhouse Dune by Frank Herbert, and the DVD version of "Gettysburg". Good stuff.
My copy of Armour from the Battle of Wisby came yesterday as well. I wanted them to send it to me at work, since usually FedEx and UPS wont deliver to apartments unless someone is there to sign for it. But, they shipped it to my apartment anyway. Luckily, it arrived just fine, and didn't walk away. It's a lovely book. Lots of dead people wearing armour.
