As ursule just posted, we signed a lease on the place in Queen Anne tonight. We'll have a garage, with power! I'm so looking forward to having a real place to set up my workbench.

Totally! It doesn't have 240, but I can easily run a few lights, maybe a pewter pot, some other bits and pieces... :D
