London - briefly. I got in to Gatwick at about 2pm yesterday, grabbed a bus to Heathrow, and met ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
ursule. A nice English pub dinner (with nice cask conditioned Kentish stong ale later, we both collapsed. No free wireless internet here - £10 for 24 hours of access... bleh.
ursule got in yesterday at 8am, so she spent some time in the city. She went to the British Museum and took a bunch of photos, including some of a neat coin exhibit. Alas, only one of the coin die photos turned out. Oh well, they do have tons of stuff online... She did get some great photos of coin jewelery, as well as some neat glass stuff that various people may be interested in.
Off to the airport for our 6am flight to Istanbul!
