2: remind me to tell you the full story sometime... it's pretty hilarious.
3: yeah! I have a little vial somewhere that has a few gold flakes I found in it. I was 12 or so at the time, and I thought it was just about the best thing ever. They had a bunch of living history folk there and an authentic-looking mining town and everything. Major fun; they had to drag me away. ;)

I actually did #1 as well - my youngest brother was choking on a hot dog when he was about 6 and I heimliched it out of him. Glad to say I haven't experienced #2, and envious of #3!

Yeah, well you didn't save my brother, so it still counts. ;) But yeah, it was definitely a scary moment.
