"Turnip" carving fun

One of the fun things that happens at Peasant's Revel is the carving of "turnips" (AKA, potatoes.) I got really into it this year, and made the following:

1 - a coin die
2 - a "struck" coin
3 - a hammer
4 - a pair of medieval eyeglasses (complete with working potato hinge!)

Other people made all sorts of interesting things as well. ursule carved her "turnip" into a turnip. :-D
