(no subject)

Went to the St. Valentine's Day Massacre this past weekend, up in Kalamazoo Michigan, about 4.5 hours away. I had a good time, fought quite a few people (only got two for my quest though...), and got through the day without any armour failure. I need to replace the strap that holds up one of my leg harnesses, it is beginning to rip.

Speaking of armour, last night I hung out with Stefan and Cripsin and worked on my coat of plates. I finished filing all of the plates, I just need to round the corners of four of them, but that's pretty trivial. I have a drill bit that will cut through the softer aluminum quite well, though I might have some problems with the T-6, we'll see.

Current armour related projects:

• The coat of plates.
  
• A new gambeson (will probably buy this)
  
• Full gauntlets.
  
• Repair ripped leather in my temporary arm harness.
  
• Real arm harnesses.
  
• Clean up my leg harnesses.
  
• A Cleftlands tabbard (I'm currently using Alaric's, and a tabbard with my device on it, though this will have to wair until they are properly registered.
  
• Register my device and name.
  

Recently finished projects:

• Retaped my sword.
  
• Bought new gloves.
  
• Various repairs to my leg harnesses.
  

I've got a lot to get done.

Apparently the data recovery people were unable to get anything off of the drive that died. Fuck.
