Yeah, we went to Indiana last weekend for an event. It was fun, even though the T-rex people were a bit disturbing. I may have lost my sword too... we'll see.
My parents are visiting me this week. They drove out from Oregon, arrived late Sunday night, and are staying for about a week. My little air-conditioner has been working overdrive, but all seems well.
We went out and saw Amelie last night, which was thoroughly excellent. (The site en Francais, and in English.) I highly recommend it, although unfortunately it seems to he hitting the end of its run in the theatres. I'm certainly going to buy it when it comes out on DVD.
Also exciting, I noticed a few errors in the subtitles. Yay, my knowledge of French has not yet *completely* deteriorated!
