It was certainly interesting. I went to Pannini's with a bunch of other people to celebrate Molly's birthday, drank tasty imported beer, hung out, and watched people play pool. Much fun was had by all.
On the way home I was pulled over by a cop because my headlights were not working. I've never had that problem before, and honestly I just thought that they were really dim. Cleveland heights is an obsessively well-lit area, so having one's lights on doesn't really make much difference. Anway, when I turned on my brights, the lights came on in low-beam mode. Bizarre. The cop let me go (whew!), but I was rather perturbed by the whole experience.
Technically I was pulled over once about 2 years ago for stopping in a no-stopping zone. They didn't even look at my license that time though, just gave me a parking ticket. So yeah, this was the first time that I've been pulled over and had my information taken. Whee.
Once I arrived home I tried to call
ursule, but someone was using the line for their modem. I gave up after 12 rings or so and stumbled towards my bed. Didn't get enough sleep anyway, but I made the effort.
